Yes — 100%. The Sunhouse is a private whole-property rental. When you book, the entire home is exclusively yours: all three bedrooms, the private pool, jacuzzi, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor grill. There are no shared amenities with other guests and no strangers on the property during your stay.
The Sunhouse provides a complimentary electric cart exclusively for our guests. While the property itself is not directly beachfront, the cart makes getting to The Strand beach completely effortless — load up your beach bags, chairs, and cooler and ride straight to the shore. The exact travel time is a few minutes by cart.
The Strand offers access to jet skiing, banana boat rides, and other watersports through local operators on the beach. We recommend informing us when you book if you'd like these arranged in advance so everything is ready on your arrival day. Activities are subject to weather and seasonal availability.
For summer (March to May) and holiday weekends — Holy Week, Christmas, and New Year — we strongly recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance as the property fills up quickly during peak season. For off-peak weekends, 1 to 2 weeks notice is generally sufficient. Send us an inquiry as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know when you inquire and we will do our best to accommodate subject to the booking schedule around your dates.
The Sunhouse has three bedrooms with queen-size beds — comfortably sleeping 6 guests in beds. With the spacious alfresco pavilion and living areas, the property can host larger family gatherings and barkada groups. Please mention your group size when you inquire so we can confirm the setup works for your needs.
Yes — high-speed WiFi is included throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, appliances (including a full-size refrigerator, oven, and induction cooktop), and all dining essentials. The outdoor griller is available for BBQ nights. Bed linens and pillows are provided in all bedrooms. Please confirm specifics like towels and toiletries when booking.
The most common route from Manila is via NLEX (North Luzon Expressway) continuing to SCTEX (Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway), then taking the Dinalupihan/Bataan exit and heading towards Morong.
